About Annie Mahon

I am an author (Things I Did When I Was Hangry: Navigating a Peaceful Relationship with Food), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher, entrepreneur, Licensed Massage Therapist, and mother of four grown children. I love working with people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply confused about what to eat and how to live.

I’ve been practicing mindfulness since 1999, ordained with Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2009 and I did health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I founded and ran a yoga studio for over a decade and have organized and founded non-profits and foundations. I have been teaching yoga, mindfulness, and health since 2003.
