Applying mindfulness to the things that occur in our daily lives can help us find authentic grounding and joy, even in times of challenge and difficulty.
Whether you are new to mindfulness, or an experienced practitioner, this workshop series will allow us to learn how to transform our harmful habits into more calm and easeful moments - using the guidance in our workshops to support your mindfulness practice.
Each meeting we will enjoy a guided meditation, teaching and discussion of the challenges and insights we face with practicing mindfulness in our every day lives.
We’ll have time to meet and share with other participants in small break out groups and in the full group.
My intention for all my workshops is to offer a safe and welcoming space that holds everyone’s sharing with boundless compassion.
Again, no experience in yoga, meditation, or mindfulness is required. I hope you’ll join me!
