Teaching and workshops

As a mindfulness teacher and practitioner, I help people create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial. I’m currently offering video calls, where we will learn ways to bring mindfulness in our daily lives in order to face life’s challenges with grace and ease.

MINDFUL EATING

We live in a society where we are judged on the size and shape of our bodies – which has created a massive psychological stigma with how we look at food. It’s not about what or how much we eat, it’s about a mindful approach to eating and how we feel about ourselves.
