Mindfully Transforming Suffering: Our Own and the World's

In this workshop we will explore how to transform suffering using the interrelated tools of Focusing and Mindfulness. We will also contemplate the insights of interbeing, impermanence and samsara/nirvana as a way to understand the world. Together we will consider the relationship between healing our own suffering and supporting the healing of others, using readings from current and ancient Buddhist practitioners. In addition to Monday online classes, each person will have a 1-hour one-on-one session with Annie, virtually or, if schedules and locations align, in person. No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed.

This virtual series is limited to 20 students. Sessions will not be recorded.
