In this end of year workshop we will take time to explore what you have been wrestling with recently and what next steps feel right for you in 2021. We will have a guided meditation practice, journaling, and sharing. No experience of any kind needed.
In this series, you'll discover how to:
- lower levels of anxiety or stress
- manage any anger or fear that may be occurring
- become more aware of what actions you want to come forward in your life
- gain clarity in how to move in that direction
- connect more deeply with yourself to better understand your emotions and get them under control
- see the world and suffering of others from a perspective of compassion
